1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Lottery Sambad Today ("we", "our", "this site") handles information when you visit lotterysambad.today. We built this site to be as simple as possible, and we collect very little information about visitors.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not require account registration, and we do not ask visitors for personal details such as name, phone number, or address to view lottery results.

3. Automatically collected data

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, for the purpose of keeping the site running smoothly and understanding overall traffic patterns.

4. Cookies

This site may use cookies for basic functionality and, if advertising is displayed, for ad delivery and measurement by third-party advertising networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work, though some features may be limited.

5. Third-party advertising

If advertisements appear on this site, they may be served by third-party ad networks that use their own cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads. We do not control these third-party technologies directly — please refer to the respective ad network's privacy policy for details.

6. YouTube API Services

We publish short videos of each day's results to our own YouTube channel, @lotterysambadtodays. Those uploads are made by our own automated publishing tool, which uses YouTube API Services. By watching or interacting with our videos on YouTube, you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

What the tool accesses. The tool signs in to one Google account only: the account that owns our YouTube channel, authorised by us through Google's OAuth consent screen. It requests a single permission, to upload videos (the youtube.upload scope). It never accesses the YouTube or Google account of any visitor to this website, and it does not read comments, subscriber lists, analytics or any other YouTube data.

What is stored and how it is used. The only YouTube-related data we store is the access authorisation for our own channel (an OAuth refresh token and the app's client credentials), kept encrypted in our cloud provider's secret store, plus a confirmation of each upload in our internal system logs. It is used solely to upload our result videos and is never sold or shared with anyone else.

Cookies and device data. The publishing tool runs on our servers. It does not place, read or access cookies or any other information on your device. Cookies used by this website itself are described in section 4.

Revoking access and deleting data. Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time through the Google security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Once access is revoked, the stored authorisation stops working and we delete it. To ask us to delete any data described in this section, email contact@lotterysambad.today and we will do so within 7 days.

7. Links to other websites

Our site may link to official state lottery websites or other external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.

8. Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and above and does not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Data security

We take reasonable measures to keep the site secure, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
